Zones of Regulation Staff Training from Northumberland County Council's High Incidence Needs Team

We were thrilled to welcome Lee Hill from Northumberland County Council's High Incidence Needs Team to Gilbert Ward Academy!

Lee has delivered Zones of Regulation training to support our staff in developing their ability to help pupils identify effective strategies for managing their emotions. These vital skills, known as 'self-regulation,' empower our students to return to a state of calm and readiness to learn.
