Resilience Award Ceremony at Gilbert Ward Academy

We are thrilled to announce that this month, Prosper Learning Trust held its annual Resilience Award Ceremony, a much-anticipated event. This special occasion is dedicated to recognising those amongst our pupils and staff who have demonstrated outstanding resilience throughout the academic year.

The resilience awards are unique because the winners are chosen by our own staff team. This peer-recognition approach highlights the supportive and communal atmosphere we nurture at Gilbert Ward Academy. It's always inspiring to see our community come together to acknowledge the hard work and persistence of its members.

This year, we had a wonderful array of nominees, each with their own story of resilience.
